Return/Refunds Policy :

  1. Domain name related services are not refundable.
  2. Web Hosting services Payment will be refunded for unused months in case of cancellation.
  3. Payment for Cloud Servers and Dedicated servers will be refunded for unused months in case of cancellation.
  4. Accounts used for fraudelent purposes or flagged for abuse will not be refunded.
  5. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Cancellations :

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
